شروط الاستخدام

  1. وصف الخدمة: يقدم Band7Arabia كورس Band 7 الجماعي، وهو برنامج تدريبي رقمي لمهارات اللغة الإنجليزية واختبار IELTS، يشمل دروساً مسجلة وجلستين مباشرتين أسبوعياً، يُقدَّم عبر الإنترنت.

  2. الدفع: يتم الاشتراك شهرياً بمبلغ 99 دولاراً أمريكياً، يُخصم تلقائياً عبر PayPal، ويتجدد شهرياً حتى يتم الإلغاء.

  3. الإلغاء: يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من خلال حسابك أو بالتواصل معنا مباشرة. يسري الإلغاء اعتباراً من نهاية الفترة الشهرية الحالية، ولا يترتب عليه استرداد للمبلغ المدفوع عن الفترة الجارية.

  4. استخدام المحتوى: جميع الدروس المسجلة والمواد التعليمية مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي فقط، ويُمنع إعادة توزيعها أو نشرها أو مشاركة بيانات الدخول مع أطراف أخرى.

  5. السلوك في الجلسات المباشرة والمجتمع: يُتوقع من جميع المشتركين التعامل باحترام مع المدرّب والمشتركين الآخرين. يحتفظ Band7Arabia بحق إيقاف وصول أي مشترك يخالف ذلك دون استرداد.

  6. التعديلات: يجوز تعديل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسيتم إشعار المشتركين بأي تغييرات جوهرية.

  1. Service description: Band7Arabia provides the Band 7 Cohort, a digital English/IELTS coaching program including recorded lessons and two live sessions per week, delivered online.

  2. Payment: Enrollment is a $99/month subscription, charged automatically via PayPal, and renews monthly until cancelled.

  3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is issued for the current period already paid.

  4. Content use: All recorded lessons and materials are for personal use only. Redistribution, re-publishing, or sharing login access with others is prohibited.

  5. Conduct in live sessions and community spaces: All participants are expected to treat the instructor and fellow learners respectfully. Band7Arabia reserves the right to suspend access for violations, without refund.

  6. Changes: These terms may be updated periodically. Subscribers will be notified of material changes.
